Without being properly hydrated, you become more susceptible to heat stroke and sunburn. A truly hot day and a lack of water in your body can even result in a life-threatening situation if you’re of delicate health. In short – always carry plenty of water with you. Have a high-quality, personal water bottle, and use it liberally. Look for refill stations on beach boardwalks.
