There was a man who lived alone in a small cabin deep in the woods. He had always been afraid of the dark, ever since he was a child. He would leave all the lights on in his house at night, just so he wouldn’t have to face his fear.
One night, as he was getting ready for bed, he heard a strange noise coming from outside. He tried to ignore it and went to bed, but the noise persisted. It was a low, rumbling growl that seemed to be getting louder and closer. The man got up and looked out the window, but he saw nothing.
He went back to bed, but he couldn’t sleep. He lay there with his eyes wide open, listening to the growling noise. It was getting louder and louder, and he could feel his heart pounding in his chest.
Finally, he couldn’t take it anymore. He got up and decided to investigate the noise. He grabbed a flashlight and headed outside. As he walked into the woods, the growling grew louder and louder. He could feel his fear rising with each step.
Suddenly, he was face to face with a giant, black bear. The bear let out a deafening roar and lunged at the man. The man screamed and ran for his life, but the bear was too fast. It caught him and dragged him into the darkness, never to be seen again.
From that night on, the cabin remained empty and dark. No one dared to go near it, for fear of encountering the same fate as the man who lived there. And the growling noise could still be heard, echoing through the woods at night, a chilling reminder of the terror that lurked in the darkness.
